Prompt: Describe a time when someone’s words had a lasting impact on you.

 Prompt Response: When my teacher told me, "You’re stronger than you think," it stuck with me. It made me believe in myself during tough times. Those words still push me to keep going.

Summary: Today was a digital learning day so we didn't have school. Mr. Rease assigned us discussion questions for letters 51-55 on the book The Color Purple. Pretty much it for today

Reflection: Today I didn't think it was going to snow but it did in the afternoon. It looked cool at first but then it got worse. The roads were covered in black ice and it became very dangerous for people to drive. My friend couldn't make it home so he had to come over to my house. Overall the snow was fun but it was very dangerous. I wish we could go back to school.

 Today in class we took a test on the book Fences. it was kind of easy but not really. I scored an 89 I think which im kind of proud of. I will definitely read the book again and still need to watch the movie/ My day so far has been good and it felt weird having block day odd periods on thursday.
