 Prompt Response: When I got sick and couldn’t go to work, I had to rely on a friend to cover my shift. It felt a little uncomfortable asking for help, but I was grateful they were willing to step in. It showed me how teamwork makes a difference.

Summary: Today in class we continued reading The Color Purple, we were introduced a couple of new characters and overall it was really interesting. I was having a hard time staying awake in class but we had a fire drill and answered 5 questions on a pop quiz.

Reflection: Overall, my day has been going pretty good. Nothing much has happened really and I was a bit tired. hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

  I think the most beautiful creation in the world is the ocean. It is so big and full of life, with blue water that shines in the sun. Every wave and every creature inside it shows how amazing nature is. The ocean inspires me because it feels peaceful but powerful at the same time. Today in class, we read The Tyger by William Blake. After reading it, we analyzed it together as a class. We talked about what the poem means and shared our ideas . School was okay today. Classes went by like usual, and there wasn’t anything crazy or exciting that happened. I just focused on my work and hung out with some friends during lunch.
