Prompt: Choose a word from Vocabulary Lesson 12. In at least one paragraph, define the word in your own words and explain where you encountered it. Describe how understanding this word helps improve your communication or writing skills.

Macroscopic means something big enough to see without a microscope. I first heard it in science class when we talked about tiny and big things. For example, stars are macroscopic, but bacteria are not. Knowing this word helps me explain things better, especially when talking about science or nature.

In class, we learned new words by looking at their meanings and writing our own sentences. We also answered questions to make sure we understood them. This helped us remember the words and use them in real life.

Today was a good day. In class, we learned new words by looking at their meanings, writing our own sentences, and answering questions to understand them better. Later, I had a game and performed well, which made my day even better. It felt good to play and do my best.
