Prompt: Talk about a time when you felt like you were about to lose your mind. Answer in at least a paragraph.

One time, I felt like I was about to lose my mind when I lost my wallet. I was in a rush, and I didn’t realize it was missing until I needed it. I checked my pockets, my bag, and everywhere I could think of, but it was nowhere to be found. My heart started racing because it had my money and important cards inside. I retraced my steps, feeling more stressed by the second. Finally, after what felt like forever, I found it under my car seat. I was so relieved but also frustrated that I had panicked so much.

In class, we read *The Yellow Wallpaper*, and it was really interesting. The story showed how the main character slowly lost her mind, which made it kind of creepy but also fascinating. It was a good example of how isolation and control can affect someone’s mental health. The way the wallpaper symbolized her thoughts made the story even more intense.

Today was a good day. Classes went by quickly, and I understood the lessons well. I also had a good time talking with my friends and didn’t have too much homework. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free day.
