Prompt: Today’s article discussed how more people are choosing to live in the suburbs rather than in the city. When you become an adult, which lifestyle do you think you would prefer—city life or suburban life? Choose one and explain your reasons clearly

When I become an adult, I think I would prefer suburban life. I like the idea of having more space, a quieter environment, and being away from the busy hustle of the city. Suburbs often offer more affordable housing, and I think it would be nice to have a bigger home and a yard. While city life has its perks, like being close to work and entertainment, I enjoy a calmer and slower pace, which the suburbs can offer. Plus, the suburbs usually have good schools, which is something I’d think about in the future.

In class today, we had another CommonLit.com assignment and worked on it as a class. We read the passage together and discussed the questions, helping each other understand the material better. It was a good way to share ideas and make sure we all got the main points of the article. The class was focused, and we worked through the assignment pretty quickly.

My day was okay overall. I had another game today, and unfortunately, we lost again. It was a tough match, but I felt like I played hard and did my best. Even though we didn’t win, I tried to stay positive and focus on the things I can improve for next time. Losing is always disappointing, but I know it’s part of the game. After the match, I took some time to relax and unwind. I’m looking forward to the next game and getting better.
